The picture of your receipt must be submitted to quaker@drvsusa.com by 9/30/14 11:59pm PT. Upon validation, you will receive a code and a link to download a $5 Walmart eGift Card. You must redeem the code at www.quakergiftcard.com by 10/14/14 11:59pm PT.
1. Purchase $15 worth of Quaker® products in a single transaction at a Walmart store between 7/1/14 and 9/30/14.
2. Your purchase of Quaker® products must be made in-store. A purchase online at Walmart.com will not be eligible for the offer.
3. Receipt must show retailer name, date, time, receipt total, and qualifying purchase. Each receipt may only be submitted once.
4. This promotion is limited to five (5) submissions per customer.
