Beef Pot Roast with a Kick!
Ingredients:
- Chuck Roast 3-4 lbs
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 packet of Au Jus
- 1 packet of ranch
- 1 jar of pepperoncini juice & peppers (Depending on how many you like)
Directions:
- Add all to Crock Pot and cook on high for 6 to 10 hours!
- Enjoy by itself or on a Sub Roll and use the juice for dipping.
