I know many fans have problems printing Red Plum and Smart Source Coupons. OFTEN it is related to Java Issues. You always have to have the latest version of Java, and if you do not delete the old version when you redownload the new version, it will not work correctly. Here is how to uninstall Java…
Uninstalling & Reinstalling Java
First, You must uninstall your old version of Java.
Step 1: Go to your start menu and find your CONTROL MENU and Click on it
Step 2: Once in your Control Panel, go to Uninstall a Program
Step 3: Find Java and click on it and follow the prompts to Uninstall it, a box will pop up asking if you are sure you want to uninstall (You will want to make sure all other windows are closed) IF You have more then one Java in there… GET RID OF THEM ALL!
AFTER it is completely uninstalled…
Step 4: To go http://www.java.com and Click on FREE Java Download. It will walk you thru step by step. I HIGHLY suggest unchecking “Download “Ask Toolbar” when that prompt comes up.
Once your Java is reinstalled, you should not have any problems printing Coupons from http://www.redplum.com
